Hello All !!
I am planning to Return to India in 2019 and i obtain my son's Indian Passport Who is born here in USA ( Through Birth Registration ). He is travelling to India in January with Indian Passport. He will not be coming back to USA again (just booked one way ticket) and i will be going to India in Feb / March 2019.
Can anybody share their immigration check experience for US born Infant / baby who carried Indian passport?
The officer usually check the visa stamp on Indian passport and stamped with arrival date on passport but what could be question asked if My Son doesn't have US visa on Indian passport ?
We did not apply for his US passport till now since i want Indian Citizenship for my son and i have already planned to return to India in 2019.
I will greatly appreciate if anybody in this forum have experience with this scenario and share their details or experience.
