When trying to renew my passport online on CKGS, on step 3 (FORMS), I get the screen 'Review Your Affidavit for Change in Appearance and Signature'. The screen mentions the forms have been auto-populated.
However I am seeing that my name in the populated form shows in incorrect order.
It goes like 'I MyLastName MyFirstName' son of 'MyFather'sFirstName MyFather'sLastName resident of, MyCurrentAddress' etc..
The order of my first/last name and my father's first/last name is inconsistent.
Worst thing is I am not even able to edit it. I only have the option of editing whether my appearance and/or signature changed. I am pretty sure I gave my correct given name and surname in the appropriate fields before getting started.
