I need photos of 35x45mm to apply PIO card for my daughter who is born in USA. I am not able to get the required size anywhere in stores like walmart,sears, ritz, CVS etc etc. I have tried all the places. Everywhere i get 2 inchx 2inch size photos with white background.
i want to know if it is ok to get 2inchx2inch photo with white background and cut it into 35x45mm size. would there be any probelm i apply PIO with a photo taken as 2inchx2inch and cut it to required 35x45mm. Also do i need to take the photos with color background or white backgrond is ok?
It would be really great if anybody can help me in this regard.
