Hi,
I have to apply PIO card for my daughter. I have following questions regarding PIO card.
1. Do i need to give the copy of all the pages of parents passports.
2. DO i need to notarize all the pages of parents passport copy.
3. I have to give the indian address proof. My house no. in india has changed but the rest of the adress is same i.e. City, Street, Colony etc is same only house no. has chnaged. My passport has old house no. but rest of the things are same.
Do i need to give any other adress proof other than passport in this case.
4. the photo specification is 35x45 mm with white backgound?
It would be great if i get this information. Thanks in advance.
