    Duration to get PIO in UK?

    Hello All,
    Could anyone tell me the duration to get the PIO in UK.
    Its been 3 weeks now since I applied.I emailed the consulate and they said it takes 1 to 2 weeks.Since its more than that time I was wondering what was the hitch.On the High Commission website it said 3 to 4 weeks.Mine is a straight forward case ,since my brother also got his PIO very fast.
