OCI Card for US Born Child

Me and my wife are US Citizens (born in India). We both have curently Indian VISA. I have 8 month old Child who is born in USA. I would like to know whether we can apply for OCI card. If yes, then what are documents we need to send.

Yes you can check the Indian Embassy washington DC website for instructions and forms.
