Visa/PIO/Dual citizonship For Indian origin US BORN

Hi

This is for my son who born in US. What should be the best if my son has to stay in India morethan a Year continuously. Will Visa serve the purpose? What is PIO and how long is it valid? Is this the same as Dual citizonship?

in your case PIO card would be best. This is not same as dual-citizenship or OCI.

if both parents hold indian passport then the child is not eligible for OCI.
