PIO card - Permanent Address in India

Hi,
I am applying for PIO card for my daughter. My parents and my husband's parents have moved from the residence which was listed in the passport. The address(India) in passport of both mine and my husband's have changed now. So what should I provide as a proof of residence in India? Thanks in advance.
