With refer to above i am staying at Baroda, Gujarat and i have got married on 8th jan 2007 and my husband has gone back to muscat to join back his job. due to his unavailiblity in india it is not possible for me to get marriage cerificate from registrar and joint affidavit is also not possible so please can u let me is there any other way out.though i am having marriage certificate issued by church, but now a days the same is not valid in gujarat.
1. Can i take the passport with maiden name if no. why?
2. can my name can be added to my husband's passport from indian embassy at muscat, oman?and thenafter produce the photocopy of the husbands passport copy alongwith my name for issuing passport from ahmebadab, gujarta.
3.or if there is anyother solution...
