Any Update on PIO instruction?

I am trying to send PIO application to Washington DC consulate. I read in a thread posted back in 2006 that the total number of photos including the two pasted on the application is 4. Is there any change in this number? Is it still total 4 (2 in application + 2 attached)?

Finally I got it clarified. We need total 4 photos including the 2 pasted on the application.

Photos for PIO card

Hi ,

I thought Only 4 photoes are required for PIO application . One photo on the main application and three addtional photos need to be sent .

You are saying that 2 photos on the application and 2 addtional photos need to be sent . Any clarifications wil be helpful .

You need to send the application in duplicate.

Look at New . Under 'Application' section and 'Process' sub-section, it describes precisely regarding the photographs.
