Hei Sir/Madam,
I applied for address change in my passport from Jammu to Delhi.
I applied on 29 March 2007 but till date my online status is " Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined " although police has done thr job.
I dont know whom to reach. I applied at Bikaji Kama place in New delhi. When I try to reach Bikaji passport authority, they dont entertain. I dont know who is the right person to approach.
Plz help.
