PIO Card - doubt in application form

Hi,

I have a doubt in completeing teh PIO card application form. I am going to apply for my newly born son in New York consultae. The coulmn 14 is confusing to me. Do we have to fill that. Both me and wife have valid indian passports.

you had mentioned what column 14 was related to.

Anyway, it's row 14 or number 14 and not column 14, sorry.

You need to show that you and your husband were born in India and associated documentation, like your birth certificates.

At the same time, if you add just one (for both of you) closest relative's name and information who currently lives in India, it helps process the application much quicker.
