My daughter’s passport was issued in January 2005. Her age is 8 years.
For her to travel to Dubai alone, do I require to get the ecnr stamp affixed?.
My travel agent claims that, with effect from October 2007 ecr stamps on passport stand null and void. That is ecnr stamp is not required to be affixed on the passport. The emigration at the airport is the only emigration now.
Please advise.
