kindly advise about ECNR

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working in Kingdom of Bahrain as a Manager & i am
going to get married by this month and i want to bring
her with me since i got the family status.

She is having the passport but its stated as ECR
required. She has completed her SSLC and doing her BBA
in University of Madras (Distance Education).

Kindly advise me how to get the ECNR as early as
possible.
