Respected Sirs,
I have a passport issued from Pune in the year 2000. However, I was bearded then with a long beard but now have a very short trimmed beard. Due to this I personally feel my appearence has a difference. I would like to put in a request for the change in appearence and have a passport with my latest photograph.
I have shifted to Hyderabad since 2004 and am residing here since then.
Following are my concerns;
1. What is the procedure to apply for change in appearence and how long would it take.
2. Can I apply for the change in appearence in Hyderabad or do I have to apply from Pune as that was the place of issue.
Please let me know the information at your earliest convenience as I may need to go on an official trip soon.
