Pension benefits to INDIAN CITIZEN on getting foreign citizenship and OCI

Thank you for your instant reply and the valuable advice regarding medical expenses that needs to be thoght of seriously.In India though I can get all medical aid, none of my family members are located nearby. So I have to decide only on knowing about the continuance of my existing pension benefits. Further it will be really a helping hand to my wife even after me.

You have to check with whoever you are getting pension from.

But, of course, those pension benefits will NOT cover you medical expenses in USA.

If you fall down and break your hip, it may cost you $70,000.
