Submitting OCI application

I'll be applying for OCI.

Your website says "Include only one-self addressed stamped envelope (size No. 10).

Since there is a $20 mailing fee, does the envelope need stamps on there as well? Or am I to just stamp my address on the envelope?

$20 fee is for mailing passport back.

Stamped envelope is for sending you back the receipt.

Therefore, both required.

Looking at the website, it just says to send copies (first 3 and last 3 pages) of both passports (US and previous). So my understanding is that the actual passport is not going to be mailed with the application. At least that is not what's specified on the website.
I will send both $20 and stamped envelope. What amount of stamps would be necessary if my address is in the Chicagoland area (Bensenville)?
