    OCI Application

    There are 2 options in the OCI online application(Family/Individual). In my case my wife and son are US citizens. I am an Indian citizen/PR. Can they apply as a family and leave the spouse section blank? Also normally what are the processing times in Chicago Consulate for an OCI?
