Indian father + French mother, both with Green Card, US kid - eligible for OCI?

I am an Indian citizen with a GC and my wife is French (also with a GC). Our daughter was born in the US and I would like to know if my daughter is eligible for OCI.

Also, can my wife get an OCI card.?
