Can I Regain Indian Citizenship

I am a U.S. citizen now, but would like to regain my citizenship for India
too. Can I be a citizen for both countries? If yes, then what are the
steps I need to take to make it happen?

You can't be citizen of India and US at the same time. India does NOT allow
dual citizenship.

The closest thing you can get in place of Indian citizenship is OCI. Details
