Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to renew my Indian passport which is due to expire in march 2008.
Also I want to change my surname on my passport as I am married now. I am currently in Charlotte , NC, USA.
Also my husband is a US citizen but he also has now the Dual citizenship of India. Also I am a green card holder.
Please let me know the following things -
1. Can I use the same form "Application for Indian passport" to do these two things
2. Do I need to pay separate fee for both? What will be the total fee?
3. Any other documents besides proff of reseidence in Us, Green card, current passport , photos, marriage certificate, photocopy of husbands passport?
Please let me know if you need any more informartion in this.
