I have a query regarding Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), which I would appreciate if you could help me with. I am 24 years old and was born in UK. My father was born in India and emigrated to UK over 25 years ago. My mother was born in Kenya and has never lived in India, although her parents were born in India. I also have a sister who is 19 years old and was born in the UK. We are all British Citizens and hold British passports. Neither of my parents hold PIO cards. I was wondering if you could tell me if we would be eligible for OCI, and if so do we apply together or separately.
