Respected Madam/Sir ,
I am a citizen of India . Currently I have plans to go abroad to pursue my higher education. I posses the passport of India , but it is a short term passport with a validity period of five years and since I am certain to go and I am unclear of the fact that with a passport validity of that short period , would it be possible for the renewal from abroad or is there an option to extend the validity up to ten years so that it will be convenient . I hope you will clarify these doubts.
