Hi,
My passport is due to expire in a couple of months. I live in Missouri. Can any of my relatives who stay in Chicago submit the application for a new passport at the Consulate Office directly? I can mail it but the Consulate office is not responsible for any loss during the transit through the mail. I also dont prefer mail because we include the original passport in the application. Please make me clear and it would be of immense help to me.
