I am British Citizen who will be moving to India as I will be marrying a lovely gentlemen from India who hold the Indian Citizen (2008). Could you please advise what I need to do and which papers I need to forward/bring to Mumbai on my next visit to start the process.
Will I still hold my British Citizen and have a dual nationality with India (with no voting rights etc)?
I currently have five year's visa on my British passport which enables me to stay in India for 6 months at any one given time (ending 2011).
