I need help in few questions. I came from india to USA around 8months back on k1 visa(fiancee visa). I got married here and my husband born here in USA so he is citizen. I don't have surname in my passport but i got green card where my name is jasjit samra and in passport my name is Jasjit without any surname. Now i am planing to go to india, do i need to give name change in newspaper in india and then i can change or can i change by sending marriage certificate photocopy.
Please help me as soon as possible.
