    OCI card Holder to start a Public Trust in India

    Hi,

    I am an US Citizen but holding a valid OCI card. I would like to start a publc charitable and educational trust. Can I start it? Can I be the President of this Trust?

    Please guide me on this.

    Probably, but ...

    ... you should contact a Chartered Accountant [CA] in India. This is equivalent of CPA in United States.
