Dear Sir,
I am an Indian residing in Dubai, UAE. I want an advise regarding ECR Stamp.
We have a lady (family friend) who is coming to Dubai UAE on a visit visa. She is 30 years of age and I have arranged for her visa for Dubai. Her passport was issued in December 2007 and is stamped ‘ECR’. She doesn’t hold any degree or a PAN number.
My question is – If she is coming on a visit visa, is she required to get an emigration clearance ? If yes, what is the procedure.
