PIO at SFO Consulate

I applied for PIO card for my son at SFO consulate 2 Weeks before. I mailed all the documents, but I did not send the notarised copy of passport and birth certificate. Will it give me problem to get PIO card? Is anyone did the same thing and have a problem getting PIO card?

When should I expect the PIO card? We've planned India trip next month. So will I get PIO card before that?

I need your help on this. Please reply immediately.
