Passport application - questions

Hi,

I am filling out application for passport renewal. I have some questions:


1. In the Q.19, I am filling it up as ENCR since I am staying in US.

The question says "Please attach documentary evidence, such as degree /green card)".

Do I need to provide evidence for ECNR ? I am on H1


2. In Q. 24, Local driver's License number or any other Identification (Please attach a photocopy)
I have recently moved to new apartment in the same city. My Drivers' license has my old address. Thats why I am not providing my Drivers' license as Proof of residence. I am providing utility bills etc. for proof of residence.

My problem is I don't want to provide my Driver's license number for Q. 24.
What else can be provided as Identification ?

yes you need to provide copy of yor degree.

most states require that you have updated address on the DL, unless you are in a state with confusing laws for legal immigrants get it updated you might be ticketed otherwise.

use utility bill thats fine.
