i have questions regarding the applying of pio card..from newyork


I want to apply PIO card for my baby girl,so i just want to know

which thumb impession must be give on application ..(for a girl)..as it is mentioned in some sites as Right thumb impression and LEFT in some...

should i need to send her origial passport are how many page

how many pages of parents passport

so pls help me out in this...it is urget

You can use ....

... any thumb's impression. The PIO application form at CGI NY's web site does not mention any specific thumb, so you can safely get any thumb (preferably the one your baby doesn't suck on!).

No, you don't have to send the original passport at this time, but notarized copies only. If you do send it then you won't have access to your passport until the PIO card is approved and processed.

You need the copies from the important pages of the passport that have information, like the first, second, last etc. You don't need each and every page.
