Child born in India

Hi!

My husband is a US citizen and we are living in Pune for the past three years. My child was born in India and we have completed the process for obtaining her US citizenship and have her US passport and SSN. Now we would like to make a trip abroad and would like to obtain and Indian visa/PIO. Does any one know where you can apply to obtain an Indian visa in India.

You can do this at an FRRO (foreigners regional registration office). If you are in Pune, probably the one in Mumbai has jurisdiction.
