    Correction in PIO card

    I recently received my son's PIO card in mail and I noticed that his last name is spelt wrong.
    What is the procedure to get the correction done and how long would it take to do it?
    I have to go to India in about 4 weeks.
    Has anyone gone thru this procedure ever?
