Passport renewal

Hello.

My children have a Indian passport issued in India about 9 yrs ago.There passports expire in Aug 08. Their visa in the US has expired,we would like to renew their passports including change of appearance ,what to do ...please advise.

You need to contact the Passport office, if you are in India. Or Indian consulate if you are overseas.
