Form I-134

Hi,

I have a question regarding filling up the I-134 form. I am on H1 VISA and my VISA stamping has expired but have a valid petition in hand. In your instructions, it is mentioned to fill Question 1 with the control number of the VISA in passport. Since my VISA stamping has expired in the passport I am not sure whether the control number would be valid. Instead can I put in the EAC number of the valid petition. Could you please clarify this as early as possible?
