    i am a pio card holder, married to an indian citizen...we are living in faridabad/haryana...i need to register myself at the FRRO/FRO office.. my dilemma is that we dont have one in faridabad.. i googled the FRRO/FRO and called up the delhi office but to no avail..HELP

    "The PIO Card holder would be exempt from registration if his stay in India does not exceed 180 days. However, if the stay exceeds 180 days, the PIO Card holder will have to register within 30 days of the expiry of 180 days with the concerned Foreigners Registration Officer at district headquarters."

    If your stay does exceed 180 days and you're planning to be there for a long time, why don't you consider OCI?
