Applying for OCI with maiden name on Passport

Hi,

I want to apply for OCI.
My US passport has my new married lastname,
while my Indian passport has my maiden lastname.

Can I apply for OCI card with my married lastname and what documents do I need to submit in this case ?

You can apply for OCI as per your current name in your current US passport. No problems.
