I'm a H1-B visa holder and my wife is a H4. My wife is pregnant 7 months.
Due to some prevailing circumstances we need to go back to India in November (approx 2 months after the expected delivery of the new born)...
Im in H1 extension and it is not stamped yet... Would there be any problem in getting a US passport for the child?
What are the documents required for the new born?
1) US Passport - How and where to apply? Processing Time ?
2) Indian Visa or OCI - How to apply and what is the processing time?
which one is preferable? OCI or 5-yr VISA.
