Dear Sir,
I would like to have some information according to my situation whether i will be able to get OCI or PIO card :
I am a Dutch citizen and since 6 years married to an Indian spouse, I live permanently with my husband in India since 6 years. At the moment i have a living permit of staying in India, it has to be extended every 5 years and also i have to go for registery before and after coming whenever i go for short visit once a year to europe. Now this visa is valid up to oktober 2008, and now i wonder whether i can apply for OCI card or PIO card. I prefer OCI because it will be very easy for me as living here permanently i wont be bothered with extension of visa and registration, as i am living permanently here since 6 years and will be living here life long. I will be able to have some rights of doing job or having bankaccount which are nessary when one lives permanently here.
Could you please reply whether in my situation i can apply for which card and what would be the application prcedure and needed papers?
