PIO card eligibility question

Hi,

I would like know some information in regards to this case, I am an indian citizen(Holding indian passport) currently living in australia and my wife is an australian citizen(holding Australian passport) but she was a srilankan citizen before but not anymore. We are planning to settle in india, Can you please let me know whether my wife is eligible for PIO card.
