Hi,

I have applied for my son's PIO card on June 16th 2008. We stay in Atlanta, GA and thus have applied for the card to the Indian Consulate @ Houston...
Does anybody here have experience applying a PIO card at Houston.. DOes anybody know if there is any place where we can check the staus online???

It takes upto 4 weeks to process PIO applications from the time they receive it on their end. Does not include the extra time needed to mail it back to you.
