Elgibility for OCI

Dear Representative,

Can you please let me know who is eligible for OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India)? I read lots of details about OCI on the website but still I am not very clear what is the eligibility to apply for the OCI card. I would appreciate if you can let me know.
