Procedure for Indian passport for baby born in India

Hello,
We are having a baby in september this year in India. I am in US on H1-B visa and my wife was here on H4 before she went back for delivery.

We want to bring the new born baby within like two months from the birth. I want to know what do we need to do to get the Indian Passport and after that to get the VISA stamped for the baby.
