I've returned back to India in Oct 2006 after staying in the US b/w 2000-2007. I'm trying to apply for PIO card for my daughter who was born in the US in 2002. If someone obtained the card with similar background, can you please share your knowledge?
To be more specific, i would like to know the following -
1) Where can i get the correct application form (i found 2 different version on the internet)?
2) What are the required docs? (Should we include parents' original passports along with other docs)
3) I guess the fee is Rs.7500 for children. In whose favour should i take the check?
4) I'm from Hyderabad, India. Do i need to physically travel to the Delhi consulate office for issuance of the PIO card?
Any other related details would definitely help.
