    PIO card delay

    I applied for my son's PIO card on Jul 23rd through mail at D.C. I haven't any reply yet. I tried contacting the embassy through phone (left a voicemail) but no info yet. I called up my bank and they told me that the cashier's check was cashed on Aug 8th.
    Anybody in the same boat, waiting for their PIO?? How can i get in touch with the embassy officials?
