First Trip on PIO

Hi all.. Got the PIO cards. Traveling to India in 2 weeks. This is our first time going back, first time with PIO and an infant. Any thing we need to know or take care of before or during our trip? like anything needs to get stamped? just a little anxious any experience or advice from anyone travelled with PIO cards, please let me know. thanks.
