I applied for PIO card on 2-Sep-2008 at houston consulate, its more than 2 months still I have not recieved the card.
When I check with houston consulate, they mentioned me that due to holidays and heavy work load, they are not able to fulfill all the request in time and had huge backlog of pending applications since July and apologise for the delay.
