OCI cards were stolen. What now?

We visited canada in June 2008 and unfortunately, our car was robbed. All the items in the car were stolen including our passports (thanksfully no one was hurt). We are US citizens with OCI card holders. We returned back to US with letters from the embassy and we are back home safely. We got our new US passports. But my question is what is the procedure for getting the OCI stamp in our new US passports? I have searched the internet but can't find answers.
