PIO Card - Forgot to enclose Indian Passport

We applied for PIO card on 11/26/08 to Embassy in Washington DC. Just forgot to enclose Indian Passport but we did mailed our spanking new US Passport. The PIO application insists Indian Passport should be enclosed. What should we do? Send in the Indian passport by another mail with a detailed letter?

I sent mine, my wife's and my kid's (US born with US Passport by birth) in one single envelop with a detailed letter. We enclosed two MO for $375 ($365**0) and one another MO for the kid $195 ($185**0). Is that good enough or not?

Any advice would be appreciated.
