PIO card

HI,

I have applied for PIO card and want to change the application for OCI card. The Indian consulate received the application on Saturday December 13. I tried to reach the NY consulate office but cannot get any body on the telephone. Is there anything I can do to switch the application form? Please advise

You can either apply all over again or you can wait for PIO card to be issued and then get it changed to OCI.
